Yes. You can make a reservation prior to your rental, but first-time customers must come with their complete paperwork.
What if the boom lift has a mechanical issue?
We are always available 24/7 to address your needs. We’ll come to your job site to service the equipment, and you also have the option of a quick swap at our yard.
Can I have the rental equipment delivered and picked up?
Yes. We can deliver the boom lift to your job site. However, delivery and pick-up rates vary according to distance and equipment size. Just call us, and we’ll quote your delivery and pick up.
Do you guarantee delivery time?
We do our best to deliver the equipment at the pre-arranged time. Please notify us in advance if you have a specific time that you want us to deliver the equipment.
Do I need to contact you for pick up?
Yes. You need to contact us when you are done with the rental equipment; otherwise, we’ll assume you are still using it.
What if I need more time with the rental equipment?
No problem if you need more time. Just contact us, and we’ll help you extend your rental time.
Are your quotes precisely what I’m going to pay?
Yes. We’ll give you an estimate so that you can know what you are going to pay for your boom lift rental. Equipment returned late, over time, or not fully fueled boom lift can result in extra charges.
Am I responsible for damages?
Yes, in some cases. The Damage Waiver may cover incidental damage. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions in the provided Rental Agreement for complete details on our rental policies.
Is your boom lift safe and serviced regularly?
